After more than 15.000 hours of development and testing and thousands of installations, we are certain that we can keep our promise to keep you safe in the stairs.
The AssiStep is developed by some of Norways leading industrial designers and engineers, and is certified by the leading international technical service provider - TÜV Nord.
Award winning Norwegian design
In the design process we have put much consideration into making the AssiStep a natural part of any home. The handle can easily be folded to the side, and we only use high quality and sustainable materials such as anodized aluminium and stainless steel.
One handle; Many possibilities
The handle can be gripped in a number of ways. People with reduced gripping strength in one hand can for example move the handle with only one hand. The handle is adjusted to your preferred height during installation, and can also be adjusted afterwards.
Activity is your body's own medicine
Keeping your body active and in motion is essential if you want to live a long and healthy life.
Research shows that people who exercise regularly have lower risk of falling and to develop a number of diseases, such as dementia and stroke.
Our own research also shows that people who install the AssiStep walk the stairs more often than before the installation and that they feel more confident in their own home.
Since the product was launched in 2015, there have been zero registered falls or accidents while using the product.
